Drop-in sessions

Are you looking to work with a psychologist but feel overwhelmed about where to start or who to choose? Want to put a face to a name? Want to ask questions about assessment processes or the therapies we offer? Just want to cuddle a therapy dog?!

We hold monthly drop-in mornings at our practice in Soliders Hill. Individuals are invited to come along and see our beautiful location, meet a therapy dog and ask a psychologist your burning questions about assessments, treatments, and all things mental health. These sessions are designed to support you to make decisions by answering practical questions about our services and whether they might be suitable for your goals. Drop-in sessions also provide an opportunity to demystify the process of engaging a psychologist and help reduce any anxiety about visiting us in the future.

Visit our Facebook page to see our upcoming session dates and times.
